for Purchase Agreement. Follow these instructions as you fill out the Purchase Agreement. Send signed
and dated Purchase Agreement to Blackledge Miniature Dachshunds with a minimum of $150.00 security deposit
to have the puppy held for you until it is 6 weeks old.

still need to fill out a Purchase agreement and mail signed copy to the address below. When sending
payments via PayPal, Please indicate this at the bottom of your purchase agreement. "You can pay via

Instructions for filling out Purchase Agreement!
|
|
Starting from top to bottom.
Print the entire document to fill out and sign at the bottom of
the page.
1. Put the date.
2. Put your full name and the name of any Co-Owners of
this puppy.
3. Your Street Address, city, state and zip code.
4. Your Phone Number
including aera code.
5. Read the next paragraph.
6. Put the Date of Birth if known.
This information will be listed under the puppy's picture on this website.
7. Put the sex of
the puppy.
8. Put the color of the puppy if known.
9. AKC Litter # and Sire and Dam
information will be filled out by us.
10. Pet price means that you are buying this puppy as
a pet with no intentions of registering and / or breeding it. Circle “Yes” if this puppy will be just
a pet or Circle “NO” if you intend to breed this dog and register it's puppies.
11. Circle weather
you want full registration or Limited registration. Full Registration means that you will be given full
breeding rights with your puppy and will be able to register any puppies produced from this puppy with
the AKC. Limited Registration means that you will be able to register your puppy with the AKC but you
will not have breeding rights. This means that you will not be able to register any puppies your Dachshund
produces with the AKC.
12. Circle “Yes” or “No”, weather you want to register this puppy
with the AKC.
13. Fill in the amount of your deposit, (Minimum Deposit is $150.00), the
balance owed and the total price for this puppy.
14. Shots Given will be filled out by us.
15. We will have your puppy fully de-wormed before you pick it up or before we ship.
16. All
registration papers will be given to buyer at the time of transferring this puppy after balance due is
paid in full.
17. Read Conditions 1 through 8.
18. Buyer has the option to have his
/ her puppy checked out by a licensed Veteranarian with-in one business day of taking posession of the
puppy.
19. If we are shipping your puppy, read the next paragraph.
20. Buyer agrees
to the terms of this contract.
21. Once this puppy reaches the age of 6 weeks old, 8 weeks old
for puppies we have to ship, the buyer will have one week to pay any outstanding balances and take
posession of this puppy. If buyer fails to do so, he / she will forfeit any money he / she has deposited
with the seller and the puppy will be put back up for sale. Please understand, we are not doing this
to be cruel or mean business people. If we keep a puppy for a seller until it reaches 10 to 12 weeks
old that puppy becomes un-marketable because of it's age. these puppies must be sold as close to their
6 or 8 week age mark as possible or we may not be able to sell them.
22. Under "Buyers Signature"
sign your name and put the date. If co-owned, the co-owner must sign as well.
23. Any unpaid
balance due on your puppy will have to be paid no later than when they are 6 weeks old, regardless
of weather you are taking posession of the puppy at that time or not until later.
24. If you
will be mailing your payment, Make checks payable to: Vernon Blackledge, and mail signed Purchase

25. I do not
like to use PayPal unless it is absolutely necessary, because PayPal charges me a fee to handle the money
transfer. To send payment via PayPal, click on the Purchase agreement page link and click on the payment
button at the bottom of the page. If you sent a payment via PayPal, please indicate this at the bottom
of your purchase agreement. Always contact me before sending a payment through PayPal.
